Q: I installed the Enterprise edition of Report Runner Viewer accidentally. How do I uninstall it and use the Standard edition?
A: Follow these steps:
- Edit your JNRRV.INI file using a text editor like Notepad
- Comment out the UserDataFile and ReportsDataFile settings (put a 'tick' mark in front of it)
[Enterprise Viewer]
'UserDataFile=Z:\Enterprise Viewer\GroupsAndUsers.xml
'ReportsDataFile=Z:\Enterprise Viewer\Reports.xml
That's it. The next time you start Report Runner Viewer, it will start the Standard edition.
