Problem: If you set an Administrator Password during your Report Runner installation for Report Runner Batch (or for the Administrator application) and find you no longer want this Sign On option (or you do not remember the password), this is how to change it...
Answer: You will need to rerun the FULL installer and change it there (or NOT enter one to remove it completely). When rerunning the FULL installer to do this, you do not need to reinstall the Crystal runtime engine. You also do NOT need to uninstall anything before rerunning the FULL installer.
Note: If you installed the Administrator application already and you do know the password for the Administrator application, you can easily change the Report Runner Batch password using that application.

And to be clear, we/Jeff-Net/the installer did not set a password by accident (or on purpose). If a password is set, you (or whoever ran the installer) set it. It is encrypted, and we do not have a way to manually reset it.
