Batch

1. Bug Fix: Foreign characters entered in batch-specific INI settings now saved correctly based on Encoding setting (in batch-specific INI settings)
2. Bug Fix: Mail password now hidden with HideLogPasswords is enabled (there was one spot in log file it was still being displayed)

Documentor

1. Bug Fix: Fixed random issue with sub-reports not documenting correctly (we were trying to document a part of the report that doesn't exist in sub-reports)
