Version 2016.223 Released - Report Runner Batch and Report Runner Viewer

Batch:

1. Update: Internal mail port changed from 25 to 587; also modified to use new credentials for licensing emails or notification emails via Event Server (and allow for overriding them via the JNRRB.INI file in the future if necessary)

Viewer:

1. Update: Internal mail port changed from 25 to 587
2. Update: FREE edition mail settings (which uses Jeff-Net mail server) modified to use new credentials (and allow for overriding them via the JNRRV.INI file in the future if necessary)

This is not a critical release unless you are using the FREE edition of Report Runner Viewer or notification emails via Event Server. This update will fix the issue with email not working.
