- Bug fix for date/time based expressions not formatting correctly for short date/time formats
- Bug fix for jn variables used in batch-specific INI settings for PDF merging and XLS/XLSX merging
- New feature for setting retry time for scheduled email jobs that have some type of connection failure to mail server (usually caused by network issues); added SMTPFailureSecondsUntilRetry=30 to seconds can be specified to wait until retrying; we've always retried 5 times with a 30 second wait; that 30 second wait can now be configured to be more time or less time.
- Numerous log file messages added including a message when network connectivity is lost or regained
- Optional database connection setting added to allow for faster runs for older reports
- Improved exception error handling
- New taskbar icon for main Batch app and system tray icon
Viewer
- New Search/Filter feature! Report list can now be searched/filtered; simply type in the new Search box above report list and the contents (reports) will be filtered as you type.
- Bug fix for auto-close firing before report was finished opening
- Error catching added to large Print button to catch catastrophic print errors; some network errors cause the Crystal runtime engine to crash

This is not a critical update, but definitely recommended. With the additional log file messages, Support may request you update, because it will help with debugging.
