Batch

1. Bug Fix: Image exports now work to mail, FTP, and Sharepoint
2. New: Toggle date/time stamps on and off with new batch-specific INI settings (DTStampMailOnOrOff and DTStampFTPOnOrOff)
3. New: jnReportDescription added as variable that can be used througout the application; it will be dynamically replaced with the report description from the job edit window
4. Added and modified log file messages

Viewer

1. Developer edition customization now works for simple command line calls (passing only the report to the executable)
