Fixed bug with passing multiple email addresses to "jn" user variables; the multiple email addresses are now parsed correctly
Added a batch-specific INI option under "Other" right-click menu called IgnoreRecordCheckExceptionOnOrOff=ON; this sets record count to 0 and keeps the app from reporting a "database error" when checking for the record count of a report (so 0 count reports can be cancelled). The database error is random (and is a bug in the Crystal runtime engine), but this INI setting will handle it a little better. We call this INI setting a "Support-specific" type setting, because most users will not need to set this, and it will normally be used when our Support department recommends it.
Added a check/verification for the jnBurstEmail formula to make sure it is never empty (when it's being used for email bursting). If it is empty, the batch will fail.
