Batch

1. Modified start-up to check for Crystal runtime installation differently (should also decrease start-up time by 1 to 2 seconds)
2. Added two new time-based Jeff-Net variables (jn_HH2 and jn_AMPM); jn_HH2 will show the hour of current time in a non-24 hour format; jn_AMPM will show AM or PM based on the current time
3. Added error correction for internal sound files
