- Parameter fields and Table fields can now be increased/decreased with an INI setting. The default is 50 parameters and 80 tables. This is only necessary if you're running reports with more than 50 parameters or more than 80 tables in the report.

- Fixed a bug with closing out the report viewer window when clicking the "X" icon
