Batch

1. Fixed a parsing bug with date/time parameters for those coverting legacy batch XML files to the new version format
2. Importing legacy XLS-based jobs now selects the initial XLS export option (instead of PDF)
3. Fixed an issue with importing legacy CSV field delimiter/separators incorrectly (they were reversed)
4. Fixed a bug with range-based parameters where only one of the two ranges used a Global Parameter
5. Added additional confirmations to license deactivation procedure in Licensing Manager
