How To CC and BCC Using Batch-Specific INI Settings

In your batch-specific INI settings, you can set CC and BCC settings. There is a CC1, CC2, CC3, BCC1, BCC2, and BCC3 setting. You can actually have multiple email addresses for each setting (separated by semi-colons).

Note, these batch-specific settings apply to the entire batch. That means if you have 10 jobs in a batch, all 10 jobs will get CC'd or BCC'd based on these settings. You can not pick and choose which job the settings apply to.

Batch-specific INI settings are available when a batch is opened or saved, by clicking on the INI button. There is a right-click menu for all settings available.

Note, you can also set up Global CC and BCC email addresses in your main Report Runner Batch settings (Global Options, Mail settings). This setting will literally CC and BCC those email addresses on EVERYTHING that is sent out via Report Runner Batch.
