Batch
- Numerous updates to PDFBurstMerge settings including a new option to attach previously run reports and NOT attach the current report. The right-click menu for these settings have been modified to show these settings a bit clearer, too. We will be releasing a new KB article on how to do a PDF burst merge, too.
- Created a JNRRB.INI setting to do archive maintenance everytime Report Runner Batch starts instead of just once per day (simply change LastArchiveMaintenanceRun setting to "ALWAYS" instead of a date)
- Add new log file messages and corrected a couple of typos related to burst log messages
- Added JNRRB.INI record selection "clean up" options (this is a Support-only setting --- not necessary for most users)
- Disabled the option to delete input files on a PDF burst merge (for a "normal" merge, deleting of input files is still enabled)
- Added additional automatic error correction
Viewer
- Corrected some log file messages related to connection types
- Modified edit button for reports with Advanced Data Connections set to show up in bold red; this is a better visual indicator that an ADC has been set for a report (because it overrides all other settings)
Documentor (this is a 100% FREE product from Jeff-Net for anyone that hasn't heard)
- Added option to load reports from a directory and NOT load sub-directories (previously we loaded sub-directories automatically)
- Added option to refresh reports from a directory and NOT refresh sub-directories (previously we refreshed sub-directories automatically)
- Fixed a bug where cancelling out of the directory prompt (for adding/refreshing reports) did not cancel properly
---
This is not a critical update, but it is recommended.
