This video demonstrates:

  • Getting a licensing error
  • Opening the Licensing Manager (About/Licensing, Licensing Manager)
  • Clicking button to Show All License Activations
  • Deactivating a license (which appears active on the same machine)
  • Re-Activating a license

 

This video shows the Report Runner Batch interface, but it works exactly the same with Report Runner Viewer.
