Problem:
Hyperlinks (URLs) are missing in Excel exports.
Answer:
"Excel Whole Report" will work, but the other export options will not.
The data only exports from Crystal Reports are meant for "just the data only" and no extra formatting. That's why the hyperlinks don't come across. It's meant for data files, so the fancy stuff is turned off. XLSX Whole Report will not work, though (we do not know why SAP does not support them --- only that they don't). If you'll change your file type to "Excel Whole Report", it will work for you, though.
